How to prepare herbal loose leaf tea.
- Fill one tea infuser full of the mixed herbs.
- Pour one cup of boiling water over the mixed herbs.
- Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the herbs do not escape.
- Allow the blend to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip.
